The purpose of this project was to repair, restore, and upgrade the concrete balconies and address water penetration into the building’s interior. The project comprised of the following works packages:

• Concrete spalling repairs
• Replacement of balcony sliding doors
• Balcony storm water drainage
• Waterproofing & tiling of balconies
• Waterproofing & tiling of top floor balconies
• New balcony balustrade
• External painting
• Gutter repairs
